0ver 20,000 Rescued From Boko Haram

The Chief of Army Staff, Lieutenant General Tukur Buratai, says the ongoing counter-insurgency operations in the volatile region would ensure the release
of the abducted Chibok girls and others kidnapped by the Boko Haram insurgents.

He spoke to reporters at the commissioning of a nursery and primary school built by the Nigerian Army Officers Wives Association (NAOWA), One Division chapter in Kaduna State.

Buratai appealed to the public to always avail the military or any nearby security agency of any useful information that would lead to the continued success in the counter-insurgency war.
