This Man chains 28 persons as captives in his Lagos house

He is Emmanuel Adeyemi a residence at Oke-Ira, Ojodu area of the state.

Lagos State Commissioner of Police, Fatai Owoseni, said the victims were rescued after police received initial intelligence report that
17-year-old boy was chained in the house at Oyinbo Unity Estate, Olamidun Close, Yakoyo, Oke-Ira, Ojodu

“Further search of the premises led to the discovery of 27 others, chained by the same suspect.”
