Accusing the EFCC of using “trial-and-error method of investigation”, the PDP faulted the agency for “suddenly changing gear from investigating N1.2 billion allegedly received by Fayose for his 2014 campaign to
seizing his property valued at N1.3 billion and probing the Millennium Development Goals (MDGs) funds”.
A statement yesterday by its Publicity Secretary, Jackson Adebayo, alleged that the EFCC probe of Fayose and his administration has become political, judging by the modus operandi of the anti-graft agency’s investigation.
