According to police, the two boys were present at the two occasions of the sexual act, however, only one had sex with her in the second incident. The gtwo 12-year-old boys have been accused of raping a six-year-old girl at a primary school in Sydney.
The boy that had the two encounters was charged with four counts of aggravated sexual assault and two counts of sexual intercourse with a child under 10 and will be appearing in court
Fairfax Media reports that the allegations were reported by the six-year-old child herself.
